Do you have anything in your life, your place of work or your home that needs completing? If your answer is yes then why is it not done? Procrastination is a thief and it steals the very essence of who you are! The cupboard door broken it will not fix itself, the house needs a spring clean it cannot clean it’s self. Projects at work need finishing they will not write themselves.

The question then becomes what are you waiting for? I know it can be daunting but we got to eat the dead frog! What do I mean by eating the dead frog? This is a saying used in the corporate world that simply means complete the task that you least want to do first, put it right at the top of your agenda. Once you have completed this task, you will feel better about the other tasks in your lives.

It’s time that you started feeling better about your life instead of living in organised chaos. Little by little, bit by bit you can do it! Take your time and it will get done but if you give no time to the things that are half done, still open and needs mending then you are always going to be left with a feeling of being incomplete and not quite in control.

Remember: Completion dissolves for procrastination!

  1. Hello Lyrical. Just came across your blog last week. Loving it. Very well done. It’s not linked on your main site though. Really like this procrastination post too. Constantly battling against that. However on a positive note defeated it earlier this month by finally creating my first blogs after much encouragement to do so over the years. It’s all about my views on topical news and events in keeping with Tiemo’s topical ethos.
